Hello! My Name Is Byron Speaks I Was Born And Raised In New Orleans, Louisiana. I Attended John McDonogh Senior Highschool Where I Excelled Both Academically And Athletically. I Was All District, All State Academic, Honor Society, Salutatorian And Received An Academic Scholarship To "The Jackson State University" Where I Walked On And Started. I Began My Youth Coaching Journey In 2019 At Pradat Park Where We Had Great Success With 7-8 Year Old Football Team. I Teach Kids How To Be Football Players, Thats Means They Will Learn How To Run, Block, Tackle And The Mentality Of A Football Player.

Being a versatile individual, I have had the opportunity to teach students at John Ehret High in New Orleans, La including the Head Coach of freshman team and help lead the varsity team to the playoff. (LHSAA) Certified Louisiana Assistant Coach Encourage socialization, sportsmanship, and team spirit; motivates students so physical fitness will be an enjoyable part of life.

I will give an initial evaluation. Teach individual drills to perform at home without the need of supervision or lessons. I will explain the purpose of each drill. I'll not require commitment to lessons. I will allow for parental discretion to continue or not. I have a special need child. I have learned to realize that every kid is differnt and require individualized instructions to highlight their strengths and work on their weeknesses. I find joy in the success of others because I still love the game, and wish to pass on my knowledge to others to acheive the same joy I did....
