My name is Brandon Jackson. I have been in the personal and athletic training business for 14 years and counting. I was employed with Golds Gym(Pelham Alabama) for 7 years before the pandemic forced all Golds Gym in the state of Alabama to close. My job title was Fitness Specialist; where I did one on one training, group training, and boot camp classes. I have also coached baseball, track, football, and of course my specialty sport of basketball. I have coach Rec league ball in Vestavia and Hoover. I train athletes on defensive line and other positions in positions training. I believe in building muscle memory to improve your game. You don’t have to be the most athletic to be productive and efficient. I played Division 1 football, USFL and CFL. I have a lot of experience with football and being around different talents.
