There are two sides to BK Total Fitness. For the personal training side, the main thing is to make sure my clients are reaching their goals. Also making sure that they are having a good time doing it. Members receive new and innovative workouts everyday. As for the football training side, I love to make sure the kids are learning and having fun. I like to become a big brother and a great mentor to them.

We are former professional athletes helping the next generation of athletes with youth development and sports training not only teaching football skills but life skills as well. As a former 2x Super Bowl Champion my passion now is give back and pour as much information that I learned in my 6 year professional career to the next great athletes.

I enjoy coaching because I really enjoy the look on a players face when they "get it" and are able to put it into a game and become a better player. I think all players have unlimited potential it's just a matter of learning what's comfortable for the individual. I've coached a women's recreational team for a short period of time and individual players I've played with or against in streetball games. I've been playing basketball since I was 6 or 7 yrs old, and competitively from 15yrs old to now. Also I played my freshman year in high school (where I averaged 6 or 8 points a game, we were suppose to pass the ball 8 or 9 times before a shot,

I am a former D1 and pro athlete who has a passion to see people reach their full potential in sports, and in life. I will teach collegiate and pro style techniques that will give you the upper edge on the current competition. I love to teach the game of football and baseball. Being a former high level athlete I've learned so much that I have benefited from and I want to share the wisdom both athletically and in life.
