I'm a Golf Performance Coach which is totally different than your typical golf instructor. A performance coach focuses on your entire game. The mental,  physical,  and conditioning parts of it. We break your golf swing down from a forensic point of view. We find the gross motor flaw that stops a player from playing their best and we replace it with core fundamental principles that repeat under all circumstances.

We offer 100%  customization within the golf swing.  Our goal is to improve not only the golf swing but to improve speed and conditioning also. We also offer a money back guarantee. As long as the  client adheres to the program we gurantee success and improvement. I am the only instructor in the area with a national following   Dr Blades Workshop on FB please feel free to join and see the great instruction daily  Some of the most well respected instructors are on my DrBlade Workshop everyday discussing techniques and updates with me. I also have a YouTube channel DrBlade Golf Workshop. All clients also receive a copy of my Ebook " The Premium Set Up"

Growing the game of golf is my passion. When I see a client improve it makes my heart beat faster. Golf is a great place to meet awesome people and friends for life. The best feeling is when a client hits a golf shot and say coach did you see that.

Doc is a great instructor. I’ve gotten a lot out our lessons together and my game is improving with each session

Completely opened minded about what your swing looks like. Golfers come in all shapes and sizes and levels of coordination. Just try his instructions and build your swing so that you can play to a consistent level to score to your own hsndicape or expectations.

Doctor Blade will give you the correct prescription. I have had multiple lessons with him in each time learn something different. Dr. Brad will not put you into the traditional cookie cutter swing positions, it's all about building your swing from the ground up to fit each individual person. You not beat his rights nor his personality, he honestly takes interest in you as a person and he's a fun guy to be around. He also has a wealth of knowledge about clubs and club making. FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The initial interview process is critical. It's where we find out how we are going to proceed. We find out the clients goals and how they process and learn. We all process and learn differently. So it's  crucial to start off on the right track. We also go over strengths and perceived weaknesses.  We also address the level of commitment to reach the goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

US Kids Golf Certified

Golf Position System Certified

Golf Your Way Master Instructor

I mentored under Jimmy Woods for many years. I also mentored under Lee Comeaux.  I have over 30 years of golf instruction working with clients from junior to super senior. Rank beginner to elite players.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I offer single lessons and package deals of 3/6/10 lessons in a package. I also offer video analysis with assessment and correction and drills.

How did you get started teaching?

Actually my father encouraged me to follow my dreams so I worked at American Golf honing my skills and studied under some old school Instructors that actually played on the tour.

What types of students have you worked with?

All the way from total beginner to scratch golfers. We all have something we can learn and improve on.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A playing lesson that was giving to a client that was frustrated with his game. I settled him down gave him two tips during the warm up and said let's go play. As we were playing I would give him additional suggestions. When we finished our round he said that's the most fun he has had on the course in years.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do your due diligence and find a teacher that will not try to force you into a gingerbread cookie cutter mode. A good teacher will be flexible and help you build a swing that is for you. Goals

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
