Hi, my name is Ryan McGwyer. I am a PGA teaching professional at Cog Hill Golf Club in Lemont, Illinois. I was awarded Golftecs National Teacher of the Year Award and was a Top 5 Best In State teacher for Golf Digest magazine. I have experience teaching all types of players from beginners to PGA tour professionals, (Joe Durant, Jerry Pate). I teach with Kevin Weeks the number 1 instructor in the state of Illinois and a national top 50 teacher.

I got a private golf lesson for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I highly recommend Ryan Mc Gwyer for golf lessons if you want to improve your golf game. Ryan McGwyer took a few videos first. Then he analyzed my boyfriends golf swing by using those videos he had taken. The video analysis helped my boyfriend because he was able to see where he was off in his golf swing and how to correct it with the advice from Ryan McGwyer. In the beginning he was hitting into the dirt and making big divots and pushing the ball right. Once my boyfriend got advice from Ryan McGwyer on how to correct his swing it helped him tremendously. Ryan McGwyer also utilized training tools during my boyfriends golf lesson that helped my boyfriend to correct his swing. I will be even utilizing the training tools he used to perfect my golf swing too. By the end of the golf lesson my boyfriend was pulling the ball left. The last shot my boyfriend hit went straight! I was impressed with Ryan McGwyer he did a great job helping out my boyfriend. I look forward to getting golf lessons from Ryan McGwyer again in the future.
