We offer instruction in music, theater, and dance in private and group lessons all in one location. Our faculty members are highly regarded members of their specialized fields; many have PhDs and Masters in their specialities. This is a family-friendly as well as adult-friendly atmosphere for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced student alike. PAC was founded in 1983 and stays true to its community roots.

Sam Spear is a jazz woodwind instrumentalist and composer based in Boston, MA. She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, double majoring in Performance and Jazz Composition. At Berklee, Spear was awarded a Presidential Scholarship (2015-2019), the Jazz Composition Achievement Award (2017), the Woodwind Department Achievement Award (2019), and the Toshiko Akiyoshi Award (2019). This fall, she will be begin her masters studies in Jazz Performance at New England Conservatory. Spear performs on alto and soprano saxophones, clarinet, and flute. MTC is the first of it’s kind established in 1993. I found the need for in-home music lessons in my small corner of Metrowest area of Greater Boston. Personal, one-on-one lessons in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We have since grown to this day to cover 30 cities ahnd towns throughout the New England area. What better service is needed than today with busy schedules that parents have schlepping kids here and there. And the students love the special attention they are getting in their own home, on their own piano.
