What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Your first lesson is an intro to riding. 30 mins in the barn learning safety, grooming, tacking. The next 30 mins is spent riding learning the basics. How to steer, start, stop, and getting on and off. The last 39 mins goes over untacking, cleaning tack and equipment, and putting horse away properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Equine business management and riding
4h judges school training every two years

How did you get started teaching?
Have been riding horses since I was 6 yrs old and decided to go to college for it. I wanted to give other people the opportunities I have had.
