About

I have four decades of teaching and perfecting a program that accelerates the student's learning. You will gain a solid foundation with a beautiful correct position. Students have won top accolades through National level including Pony Finals. They have won Hunter Derbies, Hunter and Jumper Classics and Equitation Finals at the regional level. You will also have the ability to school your own horse as I share with you proper training techniques.

I started an IEA team that went on to win team and personal top honors at Nationals several years in a row.

You will experience the magic with my program!

I enjoy the progress my students make both in their riding and development of their self confidence along the way. I enjoy sharing the magic of the sport!

Frequently asked questions

I will start a student student as young as five but honestly eight is a better age. I will work specifically with position to give  them the proper foundation. I will share with them the things they need to think about that make the most impact when schooling or competing.

I have four decades working in the Hunter/Jumper Industry from the ground up.

Lessons are $150 or $125 if more than one stident.

Coaching at shows is $100 for local and $150 for away.

I originally started in this business by training horses and selling them. I had sold a pony to Fieldstone Farm and they asked me to come in to reschool her a few months later. I worked with the child and the pony and relized how much I enjoyed teaching. I was then hired by same farm and was there for eight years before I went out on my own.

I have worked with all ages, levels and abilities.

This past summer when my student entered her first Hunter Derby at an 'A' rated show and won!

First define your goals (one year-5 years)and make sure the teacher can help you acheive  them.  Also try and match your motivation with that of your teacher.

A quality Trainer should meet all of the student's needs through a systematic program that flows in a forward progression for both the student and the horse.
