Wholistic Riding is working with the horse and rider at a level beyond traditional instruction or training. It is more than animal communication with your horse. It is expanded, combined work with both horse and human during in hand and mounted work. You ride and work together without separation. The rider and horse understand and communicate in 'real time'.

Each person is an individual and ever rider's lessons are created for them individually.

How did you get started teaching?
I've been a licensed instructor for over 20 years. I love teaching and helping people expand their love of horses.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages and all abilities.
My specialty is working with fearful and nervous riders. I help them quickly and permanently overcome their riding fears through my program The Confident Rider.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Never be afraid to ask questions. Look for a teacher who will answer your questions, has the knowledge to answer your questions and who loves horses and loves riding!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What would you like to learn? What do you perceive are obstacles you may have with riding (past bad experiences, difficult horses, etc.).
What does the instructor focus on? Showing, pleasure riding, etc.
