I am a passionate mother, health coach, wife, community member, daughter, and friend who finds purpose in helping others realize their potential, open their minds to possibilities, and find ways to fit in health even with busy schedules. We are all busy. We need to carve out time to foster a relationship with ourselves, with our families, and with our community. It starts with you. Meditation, exercise, good nutrition, proper supplementation, reduce toxic load, and find natural solutions that get to the root of the cause, rather than just manage symptoms are all guidelines and practices I follow everyday. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I conduct an initial phone call to get an understanding of hx, goals, fitness level, and availability. Then, if its a good match for both parties I will schedule an initial session based off of the agreed upon terms. Everyone's health plan is individualized to their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Master's in Health and Wellness, CPT with ACSM, Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, and a Wellness Advocate.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Currently my online pricing options are as follows: One-on-one- $30/person Two people- $25/person Three + - $18/person Five +- $12/person Prices increase by $10 if you want me to travel to you.


How did you get started teaching?

I hav always been into health and fitness. My mother taught me the importance and trained me to run at age 15. I tried other things before becoming a health coach but I couldnt ignore the inevitable. Thank God I didnt. I love what I do and its an honor and humbling experience to help people on their journey as they help me on mine.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with people as young as 9 and as old as 72 and everyone in between. I have had prenatal, hypertensive, diabetic, cancer survivors, and those who are just training for activities of daily living for preventative health measures.
