Mark Evenson Golf Teaching Professional
About
I am a PGA Teaching/Coaching Professional.
I have been studying the golf swing for 23 years. Swing mechanics are important but learning to apply those mechanics under pressure is just as important. I focus my attention on teaching my students new skills then applying those skills under pressure on the golf course. I am a PGA Certified Instructor and Coach but these tools are only part of what makes me a good teacher.
My teaching consists of:
Listening – it sounds basic, but I won’t assume I know what you want.
Assessment – of your physical build, your athletic abilities, your attitude
Initial Swing Analysis – the benchmark
A Roadmap – with interim goals that lead to the ultimate objective
Coaching- learn the practice techniques needed to successfully take your swing from the driving range to the golf course
Playing Lessons – huge help in getting students past their fear of change
Ongoing Video Swing Analysis – posted, in series, online for 24/7 review
Access To Me – via phone, email, and Facebook
Even the best golfers only get so far by themselves.
The fact that you’re considering getting help with your golf game puts you in great company. Most pros including Woods and Michelson have taken golf lessons. Armed with your desire for constant improvement, I can strengthen the parts of your game that need strengthening. Maybe you want to learn to hit a draw, or a fade, or master the sand wedge. We’ll build on what you have and add what you don’t. And your fun quotient will soar in the process!
I teach Juniors, Women and Men.
The Suburban Club Learning Center in Baltimore, Md. is my home office. I teach Members and Non Members. My job is to help you create a road map for success. I will be with you every step of the way.
