About
Offering in home instruction personalized to focus on your overall health and wellness. I specialize in caring for the chronically ill, spiritually or emotionally blocked and in transition (including end of life care). Assessing your current situation, ability and goals to develop a personalized practice we can explore together and that can be expanded on for the future.
I am refining a pratice I call compassionate touch which is an energy healing modality utilizing my motherly, nurturing nature to engage with the inner child and confront trauma with love and acceptance.
My goal is to make yoga and self healing accessible to all that are ready to receive it. I am only a guide, you are the one who makes your reality.
Witnessing personal transformations and overcoming limitations. It is an honor to be present for another soul and just allowing them to be without judgment. It is beautiful to offer acceptance and see them for who they truly are.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. I will send you a questionnaire to complete so that I have some background and will begin researching as needed. Honesty is required, it is confidential. Accuracy is important for safety.
2. Schedule and complete a phone interview. At this time we will make sure that we are compatible and go over anything that should be clarified or expanded on in the questionnaire.
3. Schedule 1st appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching privately and working with hospice patients for about 2 years. I studied kadampa Buddhist meditation techniques and am continuing my education by taking the 200 hour yoga teacher training at the University of Maryland. Exploration of holistic and spiritual studies and writings with an open mind has grown my intuitive ability and experiential knowledge.
