I am an author, speaker, facilitator, Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Youth Parent Family Coach (CYPFC), and the CEO/Founder of Wings Within, LLC - a personal development and total wellness entity - an enitity with a devotion to help individuals to evolve into the greatest version of themselves. With that said, I am on a mission to employ my 4 step signature formula - The PENS Method which serves as a blueprint to support individuals in rediscovering themselves, reinventing themselves, and rewriting their story so they can unveil the truth of who they are, as well as, to uncover the true purpose, and the true meaning of their life so they can become the amazing person they were divinely destined to be, and live the scrumptious life they always yearned for while moving through the world with power, greatness, conviction, and authenticity!

In addition, I support couples in conflict resolution, as well as, guiding them in pouring the love and the sizzle back into their relationship so they can experience that honeymoon stage forevermore!

I also teach both single women and single men how to heal from a broken heart and become the woman or the man they need to become in order to attract the man or the woman of their dreams - preparing you for a healthy and whole you, as well as, a healthy and whole relationship!

Subsequently, I also support individuals in finding that dream career. The career that allows you to rise above medicocrity, to rise to your potential, and to experience fulfillment by unearthing your inate strengths, your hidden passions, and your personal archetype - all to put you on the path of your true destiny!

I enjoy igniting my clients in having a breakthrough, as well as, supporting them in shifting their paridigm of consciousness so they can begin to generate a new way of thinking, a new way of of doing, a new way of existing, and most of all, a new way of living!
