BWPT has 2000 Olympic Champion and 2004 Olympic Silver Medalist for Track Field, as well as, sports performance coach Bernard Williams conducting Speed sessions to prepare highly motivated athletes to be the best.
I enjoy watching my athletes remain healthy, become stronger, faster and to accomplishing their goals. I enjoy being a mentor and being able to answer questions that can really make a difference the athletes lives. I also enjoy watching my athletes transition to the next level and do extreamly well. From the middle school to high school, from the college to the professional level. I really enjoy having something to do with the development of Champions. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First the athletes must fill out a registration form. Then questions will be asked and answered during the assessment.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching and coaching while I was a world class sprinter. whenever professional athletes would have to speak to the youth at various camps, I took participation and really enjoyed running with the kids.Then I worked as a sprint coach at Oak Hall High School in Gainesville Florida. After coaching high school track and field, I realized that I wanted to be a coach that teaches all sports.
