Maxxfit has been providing fitness training and classes; to the Columbia area, since 1996. We provide a great experience and great atmosphere! Our 3000 square feet facility is filled with great equipment to service clients of every age. We work with school age children, athletes, general pppulariok, and the mature adult. We have women only classes, sports team training and sports performance. We also provide personal training and group training. Please visit our website at www.maxxfit.net.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Conduct an intake call; to access his/her goals. Next step is to discuss my programs and pricing and then invite them in to try a session or class out for free. I will perform an assessment on him/her and then invite them in for a free class or training demo. After they like the class; I will discuss getting them signed up.

Master’s Degree in Organizational Mgt.
