Very Professional, Punctual, Strong Work Ethic, Patient and Easy Going. Ron was initially hired for voice lessons (voice control/speech) for our son. We knew that we made the right choice after the first visit as Ron suggested that he shift gears from doing voice lessons with our son to working as his speech coach to help our son with his speech impediments and confidence building. Well with five sessions in, we couldn’t be happier. We are seeing major progress with our teenage son and he is very comfortable and happy with what Ron has brought to the table. She helps me for already at least two years. I like a lot her courses because they're well structured, short so very simple to understand. -In the other sites where I work, courses are very long, too long and it's long, boring and complicate to read them. I'm much less motivate to learn. -With her, no problem. After two years, I'm motivate as my first day. I like her availability and speed to answer me. She always had available for me( every day) and my progress are indisputable. - Thank to her, today I can write short stories and not only sentences.
