I am an LPGA certified Teaching and Club Professional and have been teaching golf for over 25 years. My teaching experience includes clinics, junior camps, private and semi-private lessons for women, men and junior golfers of all skill levels. Every year, I run a weekly "9 and wine" women's league designed to encourage women to get out and play in a relaxed and comfortable environment! A brief clinic and/or etiquette and rules session precedes most league play. All summer I teach week long junior camps for children ages 5/6 through 14.
My past experience includes teaching at the Florida Golf School located at the former Rolling Hills Golf Resort where the movie "Caddy Shack" was filmed in Davie, Florida; Owner/Operator of The Golf Shop in Davie, Florida; Head Golf Professional at what is now The Golf Club at South River in Edgewater, Maryland; Director of Golf Instruction and Head Golf Professional at Severna Park Golf Center in Arnold, Maryland.
I am co-inventor of a golf training aid, the "Swedge" which is sold in national retail golf stores such as Golfsmith, Dick's and Golf Galaxy.
