About
As a previous athlete and a patient of physical therapy following a car accident I have always enjoyed exercise and the many results that come with it. I came to the conclusion that if I can do this for fun, feel great, and make changes in my own life why not help people transform their lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years now as a personal trainer and training assistant. While attending University of Maryland Eastern Shore I completed a 120 hour internship with an athletic training facility called Competitive Sports Performance. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and a good and nutrition specialist. During my everyday life I instruct boot camp classes that specialize in HIIT training while still giving modifications for people who have physical limitations. In addition to that I personally train clients and instruct classes for peoples with developmental and physical disabilities. What I enjoy most is seeing that my clients gain results and make transformations in their life wether it be on or off of a weight scale. Let's work on your goals together and make the change!
