    I love the personal attention that Craig provides me whether it be with performing the exercises with proper form and technique or with sports such as basketball concentrating on the basics of the sports with various drills. I have been working with Craig for nearly 10 years, and while he has his own way of challenging a client while meeting their desired goals, he also makes it very fun and for the client wanting to come back for more. His HITT classes are amazing and is by far one of the group classes that everyone raves about. Not only does Craig provide the proper training and exercise regiments, he is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. Working with Craig for over 10 years, I not only lost over 50 lbs, but also have been able to maintain the weight loss. In addition, I feel much stronger and healthier than I ever did in my adulthood. Craig is an excellent trainer!!!

    I am 69 years old and have been working with my trainer, Craig, for nine years now. At age 60 I couldn't do even one sit up and had little upper body strength. Now I can do sit ups, planks, and have nice muscle tone in my arms. I feel younger and in better shape every year. I have never enjoyed the gym before, and Craig is the main reason I have stayed consistent with my training. He always tailors the session to how I am feeling and what I need - sometimes we just do stretching if my back is hurting. Other times he will push me to add more weight to what I am doing. He really pays attention to his client's needs and goals. Craig works with all ages at my gym and kids up to seniors really like him. Sometimes I really don't feel like working out. But I always look forward to seeing Craig. And I always leave the gym feeling better than when I came. Without Craig motivating me, I know I would never have stuck with this training, and I credit him with helping me to stay in shape and in good health as I age.

BS Physical Education Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Specialist 


How did you get started teaching?

I started with my mom and cousin  to inspire them to exercise.  I have always had a passion on developing routines.   I like the results and the expressions on my clients face when they have accomplished their goals.


What types of students have you worked with?

Ages 5-88.  From the general novice to athletes.   I deal with well rounded individuals.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Teaching boot camp classes.  


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

You will like the results if you are willing to work.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Setting realistic goals.    Start with small goals and come up with a plan from your trainer on how to achieve your fitness goals.
