I started teaching over 10years ago with my physical therapy practice. I enjoyed helping my clients recover from injury, pain, or surgeries. After my client graduate from therapy. They usually seek fitness programs.
So I will provide some exercise programs. At the time, I was taking pilates and zumba classes at my local gym. So I decided to incorporate zumba and pilates into my fitness program. Zumba is great for fitness training and pilates is great for stretching and toning. It is the perfect combination.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had an event for a little girl tha was recently diagnosed with cancer. The goal was to raise money for her family for medical bills. The event was very successful. Many people came out to support the cause. We raised a lot of money for her. It was really impressed by all the support.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best advice I can give is: think about what you want and why. After you decide, don't wait, just act on it. If the goal is to lose weight. Look at the calendar, pick a date and take action.
Another thing, when you decide to take action. Just show up even when you don't feel like it. When you show up, you already met 80% of your goals. You will feel better after your workout. And you will start seeing results before you know it.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. What they want out of the class?
2. What they hope to achieve and the end of the sessions?
3. What is keeping them from starting the program?
4. How to overcome those challenges that is in the way of their sucess?
5. When are they thinking about starting?
