Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I speak to the potential student directly to access if I can meet their educational needs. I then ideally like to have an introductory lesson to either see the client with their horse or if it’s a lesson on my schoolmasters we begin in the lunge line. After that first session the student and talk about the session and determine how we are going to focus their development from that point forward
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Education from Indiana University, USDF Gold Silver and Bronze Medalist all scores earned on horses I trained myself. Multiple Championships, Reserves and top ten placing at USDF Regional Championship, USEF Dressage Finals and CBLMS. I have coached multiple riders professional and AA to their USDF medals 🥇 and assisted in the development to their horses to the upper levels. I have assisted and trained numerous horses through difficult training issues to successfully see them complete in Dressage, jumping western Dressage, western performance and Eventing. I remain current on my own education clinicing regularly with international trainers to facilitate my own education and development
