About
I offer personalized mindfulness meditation consulting via video conference or phone. My guidance includes a strong emphasis on inquiry, embodiment and self-kindness. I help clients finding ways to reduce stress and suffering through disentangling from subconscious beliefs and old hurts. I also offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses in DC, Columbia, Baltimore and Olney.
I am a full-time instructor for the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (imcw.org), lead teacher Tara Brach. I have been teaching meditation, mindfulness and stress-reduction since 2013. I am a mentor for a number of international on-line programs, including Power of Awareness and the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. I also guide daily meditation over th phone for Telesangha.com.
As I work with individuals and groups, I find that there is significant transformation. My clients find themselves experiencing more joy, more freedom, more peace, and more kindness for themselves and others. My clients start to observe the ways they live their lives more clearly so that they can make changes. There is no greater joy than helping people along this journey.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For new clients, I offer a free introductory session via phone or video conference. This will give me the opportunity to determine your needs and for you to get to know how I work. If we decide to continue to work together, we will meet on an ad hoc basis, as often or as little as you like. Typical sessions are one hour.
