I've played piano for 60 years and taught for over 40, 16 at The University of Michigan. I teach all levels and all genres of music from Rock to Rachmaninoff.

I have been playing music in one form or another for over 40 years. I took my first guitar lesson when I was 5 and have never looked back. Along the way I have developed a passion for music both performing as well as writing original music. I have released 4 solo projects as well as a band EP. I am also on the Worship Arts team at Crossroads Community Church (10 years). I have given lessons for the last 15 years and love passing the love and the knowledge of music on to someone else. Ariel Mills started taking piano lessons when she was seven years old and violin lessons when she was nine. She continued her study of both instruments through high school and into college where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Pedagogy. Ariel completed a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance and completed graduate coursework in Collaborative piano at Florida State University.
