**I AM NOT TAKING NEW STUDENTS AT THIS TIME**
EBR Horsemanship LLC has been in business for 5+ years. Since it's inception, my goal was to create horsemen and women, not just a rider. My program is focused on safety, equitation, biomechanics and advocation for the horse. I want to see happy, purposeful partnerships!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a meeting! No stress. There is some paperwork to fill out, but nothing out of the ordinary. I will start by asking about your capabilities as well as your horse's capabilities, and what some short/long term goals are, is there are different disciplines you would like to try, and if you would like to show competitively.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 15 years. I have taken professional lessons since I was in my early teens, and in all sorts of disciplines. I have a certification in SafeSport Training, as well as the CDC's Heads Up program for concussions. I rode for an equine parade unit for 10 years on national television, in parades like America's Thanksgiving Day parade in Detroit, Santaland Parade in Garden City, Frankenmuth's Bavarian Festival parade, and the Polish Festival in Hamtramck. I taught lessons on an amatuer level for several years before opening my own business and becoming an equine professional.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I price my lessons by instruction time, age group and group setting. Private lessons start at $50 per hour of instruction, however this price will be discounted for semi-private or group lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I started my business to help facilitate the next generation of equine professionals in a safe, educating and enriching environment. I focus on safety, equitation, proper treatment of your mount and how to work as partners. I want to make horsemen and women, not just riders!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students ages 4 and up! Beginners to intermediate riders.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your homework! Ask questions about formal education, experience, and ask to audit a lesson if you can.
