I am rooted and grounded in Christ. My classes have worship and gospel playlists. Yogafaith is a way for Christians to benefit from the healing power of yoga and centering mind body and spirit with Christ. I am also trauma certified. I teach preschoolers, children, teens, adults and senior citizens. I adapt and assist anyone who needs modifications. I also teach private lessons to anyone with special needs or severe trauma.
