About
I am the Head Golf Professional at Stonehedge Golf Course part of Gull Lake View Resort. I have been the head golf professional and head instructor there for 6 years now. I have been giving golf lessons for over 10 years. I was the head men’s golf coach for Gull Lake High School for three season and still help with both the men’s and women’s team. I have overseen the Junior Golf Program within the resort for over 10 years. I teach to all ages and talent levels. My goal is to help you improve in all aspects of the game, from the swing and motion to the mental side of the game as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson is me asking a lot of questions and watching. I do not do many total swings make overs, but I am good at taking someone’s swing and making it work for them. Meaning I teach you a swing that works for you and your body. I do not take someone and try to make them swing like a pga/lpga tour player. I take the swing you have and make it work best for you. I can teach an entirely new swing if that is what someone is looking for, but I mostly teach how to score the best with the swing you have by giving you knew information and thoughts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Golf Professional and the teaching pro at Stonehedge for 6 years now. Before that I was an assistant professional and that is when I was able to do most of my teaching. I have training from the Professional Golf Association. I was a high school golf coach for three years and still help. I have been teaching the swing and my methods for over 10 years now.
