Jacob Kenward
About
Hello, my name is Jacob Kenward. I am 23 years old. I have been playing golf for 19 years. I grew up playing the Inkster Valley Golf Course every summer since I could walk. During my four years in high school, I played golf at Livonia Franklin. One of my proud accomplishments was winning a state championship in 2017 for my school. I was awarded Livonia player of the year as well.
After high school, I decided to take my golf career further and went to Thte Golf Academy of America on a golf scholarship. I played there for 3 years and earned a degree in Golf Training. I have been conducting private golf lessons for a little over 3 years now. I worked in Myrtle Beach for 2 years, and I've been doing lessons back in Michigan for a little over a year. What I am looking to accomplish as the Golf Instructor at Georgetown Country Club, is to assist players in helping to find their swing, and improve their mechanics and techniques through easy to learn and simple critiques. I love to help others learn the game of golf, learn from others, about life lessons, and about life itself. Aside from golf, I also enjoy playing baseball and hockey as well as fish in my free time.
