We are a small former Firefighter owned warehouse style gym that is class based. Our coaches are friendly, encouraging and motivating.
Each coach has many years in the field of strength training, balance, endurance, weight lifting, kettlebells, wrestling and more. Each coach brings something different to each class.
Our classes range from early AM hours and later evening hours, 6 days per week.
Workouts are tailored to each individuals levels, so beginners are welcome, but advanced athletes will be challenged.
The foundation of the gym is kettlebells, but all planes of movement are worked from endurance to balance, strength and flexibility.
We offer athlete training during the summer for young adults, as well as events on non-class days to keep our members moving and having fun.
