About
My passion is coaching golf. I am very knowledgeable about the fundamentals and biomechanics of the golf swing.
I have played golf for more than 20years. In 2011, I began coaching as a golf coach for the intramural sport team at Western Michigan University. I helped the team with coaching and competing in tournaments with the NCCGA. I also played as an amateur in the tournaments with the NCCGA.
In 2020, I started coaching golf lessons. I have taught in the past 5 years over 500 lessons. I am very passionate about teaching the basics and fundamentals of golf to all levels of golfers.
I teach lessons from beginners to advanced golfers. At the range, I will conduct a golf swing analysis to see how I can improve your swing mechanics. I charge $50 for 60 minutes or $75 for 90 minutes and $100 for a golf course lesson. I enjoy helping my students learn the fundamentals of golf swing and play better golf. I know how to create real results in your golf game.
Whether it's working on things such as the golf swing, driving, chipping, putting, pitch, and bunker shots. We can start at the driving range to improve changes and help build a strong consistent swing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I learn to study the students golf swing first. Then I look at their weaknesses and strengths. Then I help them find strategies to help them improve on those areas and be more consistent overall.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played this game since I was 11 years old. I grew up working as a caddy at Country Club of Detroit. Got to learn the game from caddying and watching professional players on the course. I started coaching golf when I went to college in 2010.
I have coached and taught golf since 2012. I coached a very competitive college club golf team at Western Michigan University. I coached golf with First Tee of Greater Detroit and West Michigan in 2012. I directed the golf camp for the summer at Echo Lake Camp in 2019 as, Golf Head Specialist. I currently teach and coach golf to all levels and skill sets. As a Golf Instructor at Lessons.com, I have the opportunity to reach hundreds of students and provide them with effective and personalized coaching methods. With 10 years of experience in coaching golf to juniors and adults, I have developed a strong expertise in golf instruction, club fitting, and golf course management. My goal is to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for golf with others and grow the game.

I have worked with all skill levels. I have worked with beginners to very advanced players.
Beginners- 20-30 handicap
Intermediate- 1 0-20 handicap
Advanced - 5 handicap or lower to stratch
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I really enjoyed working and directing the golf program at Echo Lake Camp in 2019. Made a lot of fun memories over the summer.
I also really enjoyed working with college golf athletes (NAIA and NCCGA) while coaching from 2011-2014.
