Nothing makes me happier than seeing a student work hard at the task at hand, and seeing them succeed. Whether that is their first round breaking 70, or just simply making solid contact. I take great pride in all of my students and strive to make each and every one of them acheive their goals!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin with a few easy questions. How long have you been playing? What do you look to accomplish by taking lessons with me? How good do you want to be?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a level one PGA Apprentice. I am a PGA member of the Michigan Section.
I learned, and continue to learn, first hand from a Class-A PGA Professional that taught me the game from the very begining. I continue to learn from him each and every day.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$30 per lesson, or buy four and receive the fifth one free. 5 lessons for $120.
How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with golf the very first time I played it. Since then I have made it my life's work to continually strive for excellence and better myself as a player, coach, mentor, and instructor.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with junior golfers that have never touched a club before and I have worked with other golf professionals. I have a very extensive knowledge of the game of golf and swing fundamentals that allow me to cater to any and all students that come my way.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to try a few. Find a couple teachers that you might be compatible with, and then go take a lesson from each of them. You need to find that teacher that you can get along with and really work well with. If you don't believe in what you are being taught you are wasting your own time and money!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Really think about what your goals are. Do you just want to be able to play on the course comfortably and enjoy a day on the course? Do you want to beat your friends every time you hit the links? Or perhaps you want to win your club championship, or be the best player at your school, place of employment, and beyond. I design my lessons around what your goals are and how good you want to be, so it is important to know what you want to do and why.
