The Shop By Next Level Performance

Jake has been in the coaching/strength and conditioning field since 2015. He takes pride in being able to work with others-whether it’s an athlete or general client. He is currently an assistant softball coach at Fontbonne University and is a strenght and condtioning coach at The Shop by NLP which he owns.

Jake also competes at the Men’s Major level for fastpitch Softball over the summer. The competition is against the best players from the world so the knowledge and experience plays a big role in the carry over to training his athletes.

Jake loves being able to interact with all different walks of life daily, And in hopes, He makes an impact on their lives mentally and physically.
