Jazzercise has been around since 1969. We offer many formats, Strike, Latin, Dance Mixx, Fusion and Interval, to name a few. We have students of every age and fitness levels. Our classes are led by Jazzercise Certified Instructors and we aim to help you meet your goals. We use a variety of music, it keeps our classes fresh.
I have been teaching for 30 years, there are of course, younger instructors at our center. We have 17 classes a week, we can dance every day!
We enjoy the feeling of making a difference in our students lives. Everyone is there for different reasons. Social, lose weight or dance the stress away.
