What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. The first step is to consult and evaluate our clients physical ability.
2. They will e asked to further discuss their goals and objectives.
3. Then we will discuss their goals and objectives with them.
4. One we have agreed on time and dates, we then move to establish a scheduled working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, through International Sport Science Association (ISSA)
Red Cross first AID, CPR and AED
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
i only charge by the sessions and my standard amount for one on one traininng is $25 per session
semi-private seasion the same at a rate of $25 per session
Small group $20 each per session
large groups more than 4 is $15 per session
How did you get started teaching?
I got started first as athlete who holds a few world records and also played various sports throughout my athletic career.
I have been training others and coaching for over 12 years now
What types of students have you worked with?
weight loss, weight gain, toning, muscle building
So baseball players, football players
soccer players, cross fit athletes, Boxers and many more clients within the world of spirts and normal everyday activity exercises
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My recent event was training my football team and getting them inyo grrat shape cutting body fat, weight and then going on to win out our season undefeated as National champions
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My adviceos to make sure that your trainer, teacher or instructor have a passion for what they do.
Also, that they understand your goals and objectives and that they are achievable in a reasonable amoont of time
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Their goals and objectives, their time and dates
Their abilty to be consistent and dedicated.
