CrossFit is my passion and I take pride in coaching and introducing the CrossFit methods and methodology to people and see their lives change for the better!
Each day through our doors, something can and will improve in our athletes. Seeing the positive affects on peoples lives and being a part of that is very rewarding. I love to see people do things and accomplish things they never thought they would ever be able to do. CrossFit really is a life long program and can be a part of peoples everyday lives and with it, you will be introduced to so many positive cahnges for the better.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, what are their goals? It's important to see what they want, what their needs are, and where they want to go with joining here. Once we establish that, we can then start them in our "On Ramp" course. A 6 class introduction that reviews and teaches the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, from which everything else develops.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Level 2 certified CrossFit Coach as well as a USAW Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
No we don't. But we do have training packages that can get as low as $119 per month for unlimited training through out the month.
How did you get started teaching?
Working part time and doing CrossFit on my own. I eventually went to go get certified and from there I started my first CrossFit gym. Now owning my second CrossFit gym.
What types of students have you worked with?
Middle school aged students with no experience up to college students who are athletes and looking to improve athletecism.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of our members, who has been training with us for about 2 years, finally achieved her goal of doing 1 pull up. Once she did it, she cried.....that definitely tugged on the heart strings.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If they don't ask you what YOUR goals are and get YOUR perspective first, they probably aren't really in it for YOU. Possibly only the money or just going through the motions.
