About

I, Scott Barbee, am one of the owners here at CrossFit 584. I've had almost 10 years of experience and coached ages ranging from 12 years old up to 76 years old. I have coached competitive athletes and grandparents and everything in between. I am one of only two CrossFit Level 2 certified coaches between Raleigh and Greensboro. As well as a Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach with USAWeightlifting. CrossFit is my passion and I take pride in coaching and introducing the CrossFit methods and methodology to people and see their lives change for the better!

Each day through our doors, something can and will improve in our athletes. Seeing the positive affects on peoples lives and being a part of that is very rewarding. I love to see people do things and accomplish things they never thought they would ever be able to do. CrossFit really is a life long program and can be a part of peoples everyday lives and with it, you will be introduced to so many positive cahnges for the better.
