What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Tennis:
We meet on the court and have a quick introduction where I assess your level and from there you can suggest areas you would like to work on, or I could make suggestions on drills and excersises based on your playing level and ability. A normal session lasts for an hour, however, we can adjust the time if needed.
Personal Training:
First we will meet up to discuss fitness goals and to get to know eachother. From there we will set up a weekly scheduele and find the best way to motivate you to reach your goals.
