My daughter took lessons at Ten Acre Woods for a few years, and she learned so much about riding and horse care. Linda was a great teacher: kind and patient, and she always made safety a priority. I felt safe leaving my daughter with Linda for her lessons. I highly recommend this lovely business.

Linda does a great job safety teaching her students the fundamentals of horseback riding and proper
horse exposure. Her instructions also include how to properly care for and maintain horses. I would highly recommend Linda as an instructor. My daughter was fortunate enough to have Linda as an instructor for many years.

My daughter has been taking lessons/riding at 10 acre farm for over 11 years. She had no interest in competition but just loves being around horses. From day one Linda taught her safety of riding and caring for a horse. Through the years she has also learned how to care for other farm animals and helps out from time to time with the chickens and ducks too after her lessons.
I have been pleased with how Linda has been adaptive in her teaching style as my daughter has unique challenges to learning. Linda’s patience and caring commitment to giving my daughter the best experience has made her feel a part of the family.
