About
My practice is special because I use research-based techniques in combination with intuitive guidance to serve each client uniquely. Meditation, breath-work and mindfulness CBT helps clients create sustainable changes.
I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and experience joy. I help clients replace unhealthy coping skills and habits with healthier lifestyle choices. My work is centered around teaching clients to slow down, relax, and reframe their mindset to reach their goals. With the right mindset, anything is possible.
My wellness practice is inspired by seekers; people looking for support to better themselves from the inside out. My clients, appreciate that all my services address then as whole people - body, mind and spirit.
My favorite part about my work is seeing the pride on my client's faces when they reach their goals. I enjoy seeing people find peace and patience and rediscover their personal power.
My theory “Make your own time” is all about watching people learn to live in their truth and rediscover how to be happy even before they reach their goals.
