I'm a passionate yoga instructor. I'm an adjunct professor in yoga and meditation. I love what I do and I love providing clients with the tools they need to navigate their lives. I know what it's like to be desperate, lonely, feel unworthy. I work with clients to find the tools they need to overcome obstacles via yoga, meditation or life coaching.
I start with the end in mind and work with the student or athlete to do the same. Another word for this is setting a goal. A SMART goal. Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Realistic. Time-bound. If you make a goal, write it down, say it out loud, I'm confident we can achieve it together.
I am unique in my bellydance performance, as I often incorporate other dance styles. I have a lifetime of experience with different dance styles, so while I focus on teaching traditional bellydance, I sometimes fuse other dance styles into the choreography I teach and perform.
