About
After 4 years of D1 collegiate baseball, I've have taken the skills/knowledge I have gained and formed an advance throwing and fitness program for athletes. 2 of my current athletes are pitchers who have gained 5+ mph to their fastballs as well as claiming their bodies/arms feel healthier than ever. That's our motto at XPC Performance: healthy athletes are better athletes.
I enjoy helping athletes shape their futures and achieve their dreams. My personal success is defined by the success of my athletes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New athletes will undergo an initial assessment session followed by a program build to hone in on the athletes specific needs. After a program is built, it is then up to the parents/athletes on how often they would like to meet. I recommend 2 sessions a week for the first 6-8 weeks. During this time, I teach these athletes maturity within the game and how to control their emotions in competition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I competed at the Division 1 level for 4 years, mixing as a closer and a starter. Upon graduation, I began training some friends siblings who saw incredible results, thus propelling me to share my knowledge further. The last year I have been aiding with a college baseball team as the volunteer assistant coach, which has allowed me to pick the brains of some of my closest colleagues in order to advance my program.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$275 up front ($75 for initial assessment and $200 for the program build). Then $50/30min session thereafter.
Weight lifting programs can be requested separately for $80/4 week program.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching the intricacies of pitching and other baseball movements since my freshman year of college. After running camps and clinics for my college team, I knew I wanted to help shape the careers of prospective student athletes.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes of all ages, ranging from 13-22.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After going through my 6 week velocity program, I received a very exciting and emotional phone call from my athlete and his parents. They wanted to thank me for everything I had done because their son had just received his first scholarship offer to a 4 year university after they saw him pitch in a tournament. I was humbled by the amount of pride that came over me hearing the news, as well as excited for the athletes future.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find an instructor you are comfortable with. Don't be afraid to share how things feel. Instructors are there to help you so they are learning about you while you learn from them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Athletes should have questions about what to expect in their lessons, and a list of goals both realistic and far fetched.
