Nasm/Wits/cpr/AED certified. My background is in athletic sports enhancement. For 12 yrs I have been helping sedentary individuals as well as athletes get over there plateau. Weightloss/Weightgain, bodybuilding, toning are included in packages, as well as individualized programming for Core and and other programs
