Cheer Force Athletics, a competitive recreational cheerleading program, welcomes boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 18, with no prior experience required. On the other hand, Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy NJ focuses on teaching flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness through progressive gymnastics skills training. Both institutions aim to build positive self-esteem among their students.

Established in 2014, Evolution Cheer provides a state-of-the-art cheerleading and tumbling training facility in Staten Island, NY and surrounding areas. Originating as a refuge for girls seeking a place to cheer, the business has blossomed into a full-fledged institute.
