Founded in Bayonne, New Jersey, Cheer Force Athletics and Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy NJ are committed to fostering a fun, challenging, and healthy atmosphere for children. Cheer Force Athletics, a competitive recreational cheerleading program, welcomes boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 18, with no prior experience required. On the other hand, Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy NJ focuses on teaching flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness through progressive gymnastics skills training. Both institutions aim to build positive self-esteem among their students.
