About
Addicted to Progress was started in my quest to fix my chronic low back pain and was a way to gauge my knowledge and transfer it to others. As any strength coach will tell you “it starts wit your core” their certification or credentials don’t necessarily lead to change though. Its important to understand your body better, as much as possible because no matter how long we work together you have to live your life after our sessions. I have worked with a few student-athletes and understand that everyone isn’t an athlete. Our class/ session is orientated around decided goals, the only common theme is we mark progress with pictures/videos. I enjoy empowering people to their own problems because after we nail the fundamentals the possibilities are endless. If you hydrate and eat clean we it should operate pretty smoothly. Progression doesn’t come without challenges, so the recovering/ rehabiliting and those who deem themselves unathletic are ALWAYS welcomed.
