Hello, my name is Imdad Hussain, and I’ve been a professional golfer for over 25 years. I’ve had the honor of winning some of Pakistan’s most prestigious tournaments, including the Sindh Open, the Garrison Championship, and the Punjab Open . Golf has been my passion and profession, and now I’m proud to pass on what I’ve learned to the next generation of golfers.

I offer personalized golf lessons for all skill levels whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your game to a professional level. My coaching focuses on improving your swing mechanics, short game, and mental approach, using techniques that helped me succeed on competitive courses across Pakistan.

I believe in creating a calm, supportive environment where students feel confident and motivated. Golf is not just about hitting the ball it's about understanding your body, reading the course, and playing with discipline and heart.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When I start working with a new student, the first thing I do is assess their current skill level. I like to observe their swing, grip, posture, and how they approach different shots. Whether you're a beginner or have been playing for years, I take the time to understand your goals and your natural style.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve spent over 25 years playing professional golf at the highest level in Pakistan. During this time, I’ve trained under some of the country’s most respected coaches and competed alongside top national and international players. My practical education comes from years of tournament experience—reading greens, managing pressure, and constantly refining my technique through real competition.

How did you get started teaching?

Teaching came naturally to me after spending so many years playing professional golf. As I gained experience, younger players and club members would often ask me for tips or help with their swing.

What types of students have you worked with?

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of students from absolute beginners learning how to hold a club, to experienced amateurs preparing for tournaments. I’ve coached juniors, seniors, casual golfers, and even professional-level players looking to fine-tune specific parts of their game

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My advice would be to look for a coach who doesn’t just play well but someone who can communicate clearly, understand your goals, and build a plan around your individual style. A good golf teacher is someone who listens, observes, and adapts the lesson to your pace not just someone who tells you what to do.
