As a beginner level tennis player, my main concern was to be trained both physically and mentally to understand and endure the game. I was impressed by the customized program Sergei put together for me. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable about the physical exercises fit for every body type or age, he has been able to completely mentally prepare me for a tennis match and teach me the understanding of the game. His experience in physical therapy definitely helped me have confidence that I won’t hurt myself in practices, in fact, he has been very delicate and determined to help me improve my physical qualities and my performance. Sergei is very skilled in injury prevention and recovery. His experience with tennis equipment was absolutely helpful too! From picking the right size and weight racket to recommending the right strings, he was willing to help me choose my first tennis racket. Sergei is a determined to help his players succeed.
