I enjoy watching people develop and transform. My love of teaching fitness began at 14 when my first client my Godmother lost weight with my help and helped add years on her life. She suffered from Diabetes and other health issues brought on by obesity. This is when I realized how much I could help people not only change their lives but save their lives.
