Just a bit of background about myself, I am originally from Denver and moved to New York 7 years ago.

After working in the sports industry as a group sales rep for the Florida Panthers Hockey team, right out of college, I began to realize that my passion for helping others and love of fitness could become a career. So I applied to work at Equinox and here I am!

In the past 5 years in the industry, I have created an experience for clients that educates, empowers and instills confidence in and out of the gym.
