About

My name is Anthony Rodriguez. I am a certified, professional personal trainer and fitness specialist dedicated to helping people on their journey to a healthier state of body and mind.

As a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist, I help clients of all ages and sizes become their best selves through diet, exercise, and developing confidence and positive self-image. I don't just give instructions on how to exercise, lift weights, and eat right. I also encourage clients, give advice, and reassure them that they can keep going when they think they cannot any further.

Before I started my personal training career, I worked as a laboratory technician and spent spare time coaching friends and family. Whether their goal was to lose weight, get stronger, or just feel healthier, I accompanied them to the gym, taught proper form, and gave wellness suggestions, all of which they eagerly implemented into their routine. Their results were so successful that it inspired me to share my abilities with others outside my immediate circle.

In 2014, I obtained:

Fitness Specialist Certificate from Raritan Valley Community College.

American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Certified Personal Trainer.

FIT-TRAXX Group Personal Training Certified.

Master Trainier Certification ( Expert Rating Global Certifications).

K-K Fitness Insurance Group inc. Certified.

You'll feel 100 percent comfortable at all times. As your trainer, I make sure that you are comfortable in my care and that you are adequately supported through all challenges, small and large. You succeed that much more when we have a strong connection.

The Improvements have been well worth the time and effort!
After more than 20 years of regular gym workouts, followed by nearly three years of absence from the gym, I found myself packing 25 extra pounds and getting noticeably weaker and lower in stamina. I set up a regular training schedule with Anthony, who evaluated my physical condition and devised a basic structured workout program and diet for me. After only eight weeks of training with Anthony, my overall body strength improved significantly and measurably. My first leg workout had me maxing out at around 360 pounds on the leg press; one month later, I could press 540 pounds without undue stress. My upper body body numbers have increased 40 percent. My latest overall body mass index shows a reduction in body fat that puts me right on the edge of a healthy set of numbers. The improvements have been well worth the time and effort so far.
Anthony is a capable trainer who takes time to craft my workouts to maximize the gains in a reasonable time. He quickly assessed me, correctly determining what I needed most and coming up with a plan that fits me. He knows how to push me to my limits without overdoing things.
