What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we schedule a private 30 minutes Evaluation Lesson at a mutual convenience and with what we think will be the best Instructor for that specific person. We do this even for total beginner riders. This will allow them to see what the sport is about, to establish goals and to make sure that this is what they want for themselves or a child before investing in a Camp or a Lesson Program.
After that lesson, if the rider wishes to continue, we go over the many different options we offer as well as the costs involved which, by the way, are kept as reasonanble as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our Instructors are graduatesa from Equestrian Programs from various colleges. Managementr has decades of experience in the field.
