About
My name is Stephen Marino. I am a personal trainer certified through WITS since 2012, I am also certified in Sport & Exercise nutrition through Precision Nutrition since 2018.
Since dealing with my own health issues of Hashimoto’s disease (Hypothyroidism) & Chronic Kidney Disease, I decided to help people with their fitness & nutrition who are also dealing with a thyroid condition & CKD.
I was diagnosed with CKD in 2009 and Hashimoto’s Disease in 2022. I know how tough it can be to even get the energy to just simple normal daily tasks as a health condition can just drain you!
I help you with the exercise portion & nutrition tips to help you improve your health & lose the weight that you are having such a difficult time accomplishing!
I am here to motivate and hold you accountable each week by pushing you to your limits, making sure you show up and tracking your nutrition intake!
I run 30 minute personal training sessions for in person & hybrid/online training geared toward your health and fitness goals while keeping limitations in mind. 30 minutes a day is all you need to get a great training session!
It is my passion to help others feel good about themselves and help get others reach their health and fitness goals!
